Trinity Real Estate School - 2144 Seven Springs Blvd., Trinity, FL 34655

Nature Coast Real Estate School now has a classroom in Trinity to meet the need in Pasco County for an independent real estate school. Regarded as the premier real estate school in Hernando County since 2002, Nature Coast Real Estate School now offers real estate licensing classes in two locations in Pasco County.

The Trinity campus is conveniently located inside the Seven Springs location of Florida Luxury Realty and offers multiple class formats to meet the needs of the Pasco County real estate student.

The real estate pre license class for sales associate candidates is a 63 hour course. Many real estate students in Trinity and New Port Richey are retired, new residents from another state where they currently hold a real estate license and are anxious to get a Florida real estate license. They would choose an accelerated class format.

Evening classes are also offered for those Pasco County real estate students who currently work during the day and want to transition to a career in real estate without taking time off their current profession. The five week evening format is ideal due to the slower pace and opportunity for the real estate student to study over the weekends.

The final examination is held on the last day of class and the real estate students will know before they leave the school if they have passed. If they pass the end of course exam, they are issued a completion certificate (grade report).

The student must present the real estate school completion cerificate to the state real estate license examination center (currently pearsonvue) in order to sit for the state exam for the florida real estate sales associate license. Duplicate certificates are available upon request.

Nature Coast Real Estate School offers a weekend exam prep course for spring hill real estate students who have successfully completed the pre licensing course and want to review and prepare for the real estate state license exam. This fast paced review course significantly affects the real estate students chances of passing the state license exam. This class is offered at the 78 commercial way location. Check the class schedule for dates.

Once the Pasco County real estate professional is licensed, they are required to complete a 45 hour real estate post licensing class for sales associates before the expiration of their initial licenses and Nature Coast Real Estate School offers this course twice yearly, although they have anywhere from 18 to 24 months to complete this education, sales associates are encouraged to complete this course as early in their real estate career as possible, as the course maps out the steps to a successful career in real estate. There are many pitfalls that can be avoided if the real estate sales associate gets the required education in the beginning of their career. They will learn how to set up and grow a database of customers, how to prepare and execute a successful listing presentation, how to qualify buyers and show property and the steps from contract to closing. For some newly licensed real estate sales associates in Pasco County, this course will be the extent of their training, as not all offices offer formal training for new licensees. Procrastination can cause loss of income and possibly a loss of the license if not completed in a timely manner.
